My back was saved again by Julie!

Unfortunately, I recently did one of the things we are told never to do. I sat on a low couch leaning forwards working on a laptop computer for 40 minutes and over-stretched my back. I then lifted a 2 year old onto my hip and strained my back. I did not feel the results till later that night and in the morning was not able to move due to back spasms.

After 3 days of back spasms that would take me to the floor, Julie had me walking out of the massage room without muscle spasms. After a few more follow up sessions, I am now spasm free.

I am fortunate to work with Julie Bacon for 10 years at the Seattle Athletic Club. I am a Personal Fitness Trainer, age 56 and my body is constantly in motion. Many times Julie has kept me out of pain and joint disfunction.
